Boil Water: Bring fresh water to a rolling boil. The quality of the water can impact the flavor, so use filtered water if possible.
Measure Tea: Use one teaspoon of Tanay Ceylon Black Tea leaves per cup of water. Adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
Preheat Teapot or Cup: Pour a little hot water into the teapot or cup to warm it up, then discard the water.
Add Tea Leaves: Place the measured tea leaves into the teapot or a tea infuser if brewing in a cup.
Pour Boiling Water: Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves.
Steep: Let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes. The steeping time can be adjusted depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
Strain and Serve: Remove the tea leaves by straining the tea into a cup or removing the tea infuser.
