SECTION 2 - FOOD SAFETY AND PRODUCT HANDLING
We are compliant with the Food Safety Act 1990 and UK Food Hygiene standards, ensuring that all food items are stored and transported under the required conditions until delivery. We recommend you check expiry dates and follow proper storage instructions for all food products upon receipt. Bazachi Ltd is not liable for issues related to improper storage after delivery.

SECTION 3 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return and refund policies are in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  1. Perishable Goods: Due to their nature, perishable goods (including food items) can only be returned if they are damaged, faulty, or unfit for consumption upon receipt. We do not accept returns for perishable goods due to personal preference or for items with short expiry dates unless they were advertised as such at the time of purchase.

  2. Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

  3. Sale Items: Items sold on clearance or at a discounted price cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

  4. Chilled or Frozen Items: Chilled and frozen items are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness. If you experience delays in receiving these items, inspect them immediately. Notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for issues arising from the consumption of products after they have been received in good condition.

  5. Complaints: If you have a complaint about product quality, nutrition information, or packaging, please contact the manufacturer or main distributor listed on the product packaging. We act as an online retailer and are not responsible for issues caused by third-party manufacturers.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer next-day delivery for chilled and frozen items. Please note that delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
