Bazachi Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within one business day upon payment verification.
  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Direct Debit, and other available options.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Services

  • We offer free next-day delivery on all products within the UK mainland (excluding remote areas).
  • We never charge for shipping except for international shipments and specified remote areas.
  • Our trusted shipping partners include DHL, Royal Mail, and Evri.

Remote Areas and Additional Charges

Deliveries to certain remote areas may incur additional charges due to logistical constraints. These areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Scotland:
    • AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE1-3
  • Northern Ireland:
    • All BT postcodes
  • Isle of Man:
    • All IM postcodes
  • Channel Islands:
    • GY and JE postcodes

Delivery Timeframes

  • Next-day delivery is standard for all UK mainland orders, subject to stock availability and courier schedules.
  • Orders to remote areas may take longer due to courier limitations.
  • Public holidays, seasonal demand, or extreme weather conditions may also affect delivery times.

Frozen & Chilled Items Shipping

  • We use thermal temperature-controlled bags with ice packs to ensure your perishable items remain fresh or frozen for up to 48 hours.
  • If your package arrives thawed or compromised, you must inform us immediately upon receipt for assistance. Failure to notify us within 12 hours of delivery will void any claims.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates from the courier.

Potential Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for prompt deliveries, unavoidable delays may occur due to:

  • Stock discrepancies or packaging damage discovered before dispatch.
  • Courier delays (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, missed pickups, severe weather).
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout (Bazachi is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details).

If any of these situations arise, we will notify you promptly and provide updates on your order.

International Shipment – Food Items Excluded

Due to varying safety standards and country-specific regulations regarding food products, we do not ship any food items internationally.

  • We only offer international shipping on non-food products, subject to the destination country’s import laws.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying import restrictions before placing an order.

Non-Food International Shipping

Customs and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees based on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover any additional costs.

EU VAT Regulations

  • If you are an EU customer with a VAT registration number, please provide it at checkout to exclude VAT from your order.

Import and Tax Responsibilities

  • Any applicable import duties, taxes, and handling fees must be paid by the customer.
  • We advise customers to check their country’s tax regulations to avoid unexpected costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Bazachi is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
  • If your package arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Claims for lost shipments must be made within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks

  • We take fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, and non-receipt disputes seriously.
  • False claims regarding "non-receipt" or "damaged goods" may result in:
    • Investigation by our courier partners and potential legal action.
    • Blacklisting from future purchases with Bazachi.
  • We work closely with delivery carriers to verify claims. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to authorities.

  • All orders are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
