Rummo Radiatori N.137 500g is unique pasta shape is inspired by mechanical radiator coils, featuring ruffled edges and deep grooves designed to trap and hold heavy meat, fish, or vegetable sauces. Like other Rummo classics, it is made using the "Lenta Lavorazione" method, which uses premium durum wheat semolina and a slow-processing technique to ensure it remains perfectly al dente even when reheated or used in baked dishes.
