These are great little meals for a work lunch / school lunch / picnic. All natural ingredients and high protein too. I have also used one as a last minute pizza topping. Perfect serving size at 160gms per tub.

Convenient pot for emergencies, but it's mostly peas and sweetcorn so not value for money, saying that it's still very nice, just don't pay full price because it can't be justified

This is nice doesn't need the carrots...way over priced...I purchased when £1.50 doesn't stay at that for very long so buy them when lowered
I like Rio brand tuna, so thought I'd try this. I knew from the order of ingredients on the label that the % of sweetcorn would be much greater than the tuna. I was still shocked at how little there was! The tin is crammed with sweetcorn, and barely 1/2 teaspoon of tuna shreds (definitely not chunks). It gets 3 stars rather than 1 because I bought it on offer & it actually tastes ok. However from now on I'll use a tin of tuna & add my own veg. Cheaper & better quality/taste.
