I bought this Pomegranate Molasses to experiment in baking, and overall it’s okay — not bad, but you have to be careful how you use it. I made the mistake of adding it to gingerbread cookies, and they turned out much too sour for my taste.I think it works better in savoury dishes, dressings, or marinades where a tangy punch is welcome. The flavour itself is rich and fruity, just very tart, so it’s not as versatile for sweet baking as I had hoped.Decent quality and flavour, but I’d recommend sticking to recipes that complement its sourness rather than trying it in traditional sweet baked goods.
Very quick delivery,Exactly as describedTastes good
Very strong citrus taste. Added to a syrian stew which was delicious. The bottle will last a long time.
Ordered on recommendation from a restaurant. Beetroot tomato salad with pomegranate molasses dressing...who knew they would go together.
Good for middle eastern foods, especially stuffed vegetables.
This was not as sweet as I thought it was going to be it's very tart however I paid it with a bit of honey and it's fab, love it.Quality flavour and pours well.Recommended.

Lovely tastes like Turkish one
Arrived quickly good deal on lid tastes good
Super yummy, I put it on everything! The thickness is the perfect and it is very versatile.
Really sugar syrup flavoured with pomegranate juice as opposed to true pomegranate molasses. Nevertheless, tasty.
Ok
Delicious! This is lovely, I've no idea why I haven't tried it before. It's rich, sweet, yet a little bit sharp and dry, just like a ripe pomegranate! It's fabulous just drizzled on salads, or with cheese.I also have several recipes that include it, so I'll be experimenting.Happy to recommend.
I recently discovered Oncu Pomegranate Molasses and I have to say, it’s quickly become a staple in my kitchen! This 700g bottle offers an incredibly rich and flavorful product that has elevated so many of my dishes. Pomegranate molasses is known for its unique combination of tart and sweet flavors, and Oncu does not disappoint. The molasses has a thick, syrupy consistency that’s perfect for drizzling over salads, adding to marinades, or even incorporating into dressings and dips. One of the things I love most about this molasses is its versatility. I’ve used it in everything from Middle Eastern recipes like fattoush and tabbouleh to glazes for meats, such as chicken and lamb. The deep, slightly tangy flavor adds complexity to dishes without overpowering them. It’s also great in sauces and even in cocktails for an unexpected twist. The 700g bottle is generously sized, and a little goes a long way, so it’s a great value for the price. What really stands out is the quality of the ingredients. Oncu’s pomegranate molasses is made with natural pomegranate juice and sugar, and it doesn’t have any artificial flavors or additives, which is a big plus. The consistency is perfect—smooth and pourable, but not too runny. It’s a great addition for anyone who enjoys experimenting with flavors in their cooking, especially if you’re a fan of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisines. Overall, I highly recommend Oncu Pomegranate Molasses to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality product that can enhance a wide variety of dishes. It’s become a pantry essential for me!
