How to Use:
Measure: Use one heaped teaspoon of Mehmet Efendi Turkish Coffee per cup of water.
Add Sugar (Optional): If you prefer sweetened coffee, add sugar to taste.
Mix: Combine the coffee, sugar, and water in a cezve (Turkish coffee pot).
Heat: Place the cezve over low heat and stir until the coffee dissolves. Do not stir once the coffee starts heating.
Foam: Allow the coffee to heat slowly. As it begins to froth, remove the cezve from heat just before it boils. Spoon a little foam into each cup.
Pour: Return the cezve to the heat and let it froth again. Pour the coffee into cups, ensuring each cup gets an even amount of foam.

The roast is very dark for me. Also when opened the can it did not smell like a fresh coffee. But like a metal. The taste is OK - very strong, but I would prefer slightly lighter roast. Considering the price, I wouldn't buy it again.

Good coffee. Works well in metal pot for this coffee.
Frankly, this is personally the closest coffee that brings my memories of my home land. Absolutely original taste, sometimes I put the cup upside down and tell the future to my friends by looking the shapes in the cup :-)But this time the carrier played football with my parcel before delivering to me. The tin is beautiful, with nice lid to keep the coffe fresh, but this will look like a bad decor in my kitchen now.
