Ingredients: Shredded phyllo dough (Wheat flour, water), unsalted cheese (pasteurized cheese culture, stabilizer (calcium chloride), microbial rennet), butter, pistachio, hydrogenated vegetable oil (date and cotton).

Preheat oven to 230°C. Take the Kunafeh out of its plastic bag. No need to defreeze. Place it on an oven tray. Bake it up to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Alternatively, cook on a non-stick pan until both sides (flip) are golden brown. Attention: Add the syrup right after the kunefah is baked.
